Bill Matarazzo

Bill Matarazzo has over 14 years of experience in the foundry industry. Officially getting his start in a pipe shop, he had been melting and forging metal as a youth. He has previously worked at a large foundry equipment manufacturer in service, engineering, project management, and equipment sales roles before joining FS&D in 2018.

Bill is currently Vice President and Project Manager with Foundry Solutions & Design.  His technical background includes experience with foundry process design, project management, planning, and execution both internationally and domestically. He has experience with multiple foundry and manufacturing processes from investment casting to steel strip galvanizing and casting alloys including aluminum, brass, irons, and steels, including vacuum and single crystal applications.

Bill is currently serving as the Chairman of the American Foundry Society Piedmont Chapter. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. He is also an Eagle Scout and an active member of the outdoor community.
